Camper Vans (VW/Transit size only) are accepted and charged at the Small tent rate. With an awning charged at Medium tent rate. Please tell us it's a van in the comments!
Refunds. We regret we are unable to refund if your pitch is vacated early except in extenuating circumstances and at the management's discretion. We do not refund for bad weather. All changes and cancellations after deposit is paid shall incurr a £10 admin fee.
As the camping is ancillary to the Swanage Golf Games course so why not try this fun activity? You may discover a skill you never knew you had!
Your deposit is a payment that holds your space and may be lost if two weeks’ notice is not given for cancellation of part or whole of your stay. Ammendments to your booking after deposit has been paid can incur a £10 admin fee. In the event of Swanage Bijou Camping being unable to provide your space for you for any reason, your deposit shall be repaid in full and the contract shall be deemed terminated and no further compensations shall be payable.
Pitch allocation. Swanage Bijou Camping does not operate with marked pitches, allowing you to freely choose your preferred spot and group with friends. We ask you to exercise courtesy with respect to neighbouing tents.
Car parking spaces are provided under normal summer weather conditions. As many of these are on grass, in exceptional and extreme wet weather we may be forced to operate a luggage 'drop off and park off site' scheme.
Group bookings of two tents or more will normally attract a fully returnable noise bond to encourage adherence to our late night and early morning noise policies. If you feel this is unreasonable in your case then please discuss this with us. More than two adults in one tent shall also normally attract the noise bond deposit unless you can peruade us this is unreasonable in your case.
Younger and singles groups are normally welcome with some discussion however we shall request a fully returnable noise bond to ensure adherence to our late night noise policies.
Bookings must be of two nights or more. Single nights may be accepted if the site has space at the managers discretion.
Bookings that cover both high and low season dates shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis so you shall only have to pay for what you have.
Hot showers, plug sockets for hairdryes etc., airbed blowing and ice pack freezing are FREE and included in the main price. Moble phone charging (at your own risk) is £1 per charge.
Luxury bell tents with all furnishings are available through Swanage Bijou Glamping. Go on - treat yourself!!
